ULTRA

Year 3 – ULTRA is NYMA’s leadership and strategic integration year, where students move from trained participants to emerging mission leaders. Building on the spiritual formation of BRAVO and the applied leadership development of ALPHA, ULTRA students engage in advanced leadership training, mission strategy, team coordination, and project planning. They learn how to integrate theology, formation, and hands-on ministry into a unified leadership approach while mentoring younger students and preparing a student-led mission initiative. ULTRA develops disciplined, accountable leaders who can plan carefully, lead humbly, and carry responsibility with maturity under NYMA oversight.
