ALPHA (Avançado)

Year 2 – ALPHA (Avançado) builds on the foundation of BRAVO by moving students from formation into applied leadership. In this advanced year, students deepen their theological understanding, develop ministry skills, and grow in cross-cultural competency while taking on greater responsibility within their House teams and ministry labs. ALPHA emphasizes leadership in action—designing ministry initiatives, practicing strategic planning, and strengthening communication in real-world contexts. Students learn not just how to serve, but how to lead faithfully, preparing them for the strategic leadership and mission planning focus of Year 3.
