ALPHA (Avançado) Academics

Year 2 – ALPHA (Avançado) deepens the formation established in BRAVO and moves students from foundational obedience into applied leadership development. Through sustained rhythms of prayer, worship, and disciplined study, students engage advanced coursework in spiritual gifts, vocational discernment, biblical foundations of missions, discipleship strategy, cultural analysis, and the theology of the persecuted Church. Leadership expectations increase as students take greater ownership within their House teams, learning to guide peers, manage responsibility, and think strategically about ministry in complex cultural environments. Workshops and ministry labs demand greater initiative, clarity, and spiritual maturity, culminating again in a supervised Evangelism Practical where students lead with growing confidence and accountability. ALPHA does not simply expand knowledge—it refines conviction into competence, shaping students into resilient, theologically grounded leaders who understand that mission requires wisdom, courage, and disciplined faithfulness.
