Student Services

NYMA Student Services exists to ensure that every student is spiritually supported, physically safe, and relationally accountable throughout their time in formation. Because NYMA is a disciplined, structured academy—not a camp—students are cared for through clear authority, pastoral oversight, house mentorship, and established safety protocols. From admissions screening and pastoral recommendation to daily supervision, medical readiness, community standards, and behavioral accountability, every layer is designed to protect both the student and the mission. Adult mentors and house leaders walk closely with students, providing guidance, correction, encouragement, and prayer. Families and local pastors remain part of the formation process, reinforcing that students are not being separated from the church—but strengthened for it. At NYMA, care is not reactive; it is proactive, intentional, and rooted in our commitment to holiness, integrity, and long-term spiritual health.
